Built from practice operations
MyAIPOS is shaped around the administrative load independent medical practices carry every day: inboxes, documentation, referrals, billing work, exceptions, and follow-up.
About MyAIPOS
MyAIPOS is owned and operated by Lisbon Tech, LLC. The company is developing a governed AI operating system for independent medical practices, with initial product work grounded in the realities of a physician-owned practice.
Why this exists
Administrative work crosses inboxes, documents, schedules, billing queues, portals, and staff handoffs. The individual tools may work, yet the practice still lacks a shared view of ownership, risk, and completion.
MyAIPOS is designed to connect that work into role-aware queues and briefings while preserving the boundary between a proposed action and an authorized, evidenced outcome. The product does not replace an EHR, clinician judgment, or the external systems that remain authoritative for delivery, payment, testing, and other regulated workflows.
MyAIPOS is shaped around the administrative load independent medical practices carry every day: inboxes, documentation, referrals, billing work, exceptions, and follow-up.
The product begins with ownership, source evidence, state transitions, and exception handling—then applies AI only where it can support a governed step.
AI can propose, organize, and summarize. Authorized staff and clinicians remain responsible for review, approval, patient communication, and clinical or operational decisions.
Least-privilege access, practice and personal separation, minimum-necessary views, and immutable evidence are operating controls rather than marketing footnotes.
