SMS Terms and Conditions

Program identity and purpose
The MyAIPOS SMS program is operated by Lisbon Tech, LLC. It sends low-volume, non-marketing messages related to secure new-patient intake links, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to patient-initiated support requests.
Consent
Recipients enroll by giving verbal consent to authorized practice staff during appointment scheduling or intake. Staff record the consent method and timestamp in MyAIPOS before SMS delivery can be selected. Consent is not a condition of receiving care. Consent applies only to the operational message types described above and may be withdrawn at any time.
Message frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency varies based on appointments, requested intake delivery, scheduling changes, and patient-initiated requests. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent after the opt-out is processed. No additional program messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent. Reply HELP for help or email support@myaipos.ai.
Message content and secure links
Messages identify MyAIPOS or the participating practice and may include a secure link needed for intake or scheduling. SMS content is limited to minimum-necessary operational information and is not intended to include diagnoses, treatment details, medication information, or other sensitive clinical content. Recipients should not use SMS for urgent or emergency concerns.
Delivery and availability
Delivery depends on wireless carriers, device availability, network conditions, and accurate contact information. Lisbon Tech, LLC does not guarantee immediate or uninterrupted SMS delivery. For emergencies, call 911 or the applicable local emergency number.
Privacy
The collection and use of mobile information and messaging consent are described in the MyAIPOS SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect operational, carrier, or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be directed to support@myaipos.ai.
